Hope Heals NW operates recovery housing and

provides support services through case

management in Snohomish County. Our mission is

to provide individualized, person-centered support

within safe and supportive environments that foster

stability, personal growth, community connection,

and long-term well-being.

Eligible individuals must be enrolled in Medicaid (Apple Health) and have significant health-related needs such as substance use or mental health conditions that create barriers to stable housing or employment.
