Recovery: We recognize every individual's journey to recovery is unique. We help to create personalized recovery plans for each resident, taking into account their specific needs, goals, and challenges, to ensure a tailored and effective approach to healing.
Respect: We believe that everyone has a right to respect and to live in an environment that is respectful and understanding.
Safety: We hold safety in the highest regard and are committed to the safety of our residents and staff.
Accountability and Responsibility: We promote a culture of accountability and responsibility among residents. By encouraging self-discipline and a commitment to sobriety, we empower individuals to take ownership of their actions and choices, fostering a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Support Network: Regular weekly house meetings provide a platform for residents to share their experiences, receive encouragement, and build a supportive network. We celebrate milestones, birthdays, holiday dinners, and host a variety of fun activities for house residents to create a lasting bond.
Job/Career Coaching: We provide support for residents in search of a new career path. We can assist with career/school planning, resume building, job searches, and interview prep.
Aftercare Planning: As residents prepare to transition out of our program, we collaborate with them to develop a comprehensive aftercare plan. This plan outlines ongoing therapy, support group participation, and other resources to maintain their progress.
